2.    Handle interior fitting  out project (s) independently

Communication

1. Client, project management, designer and internal staff communication, to ensure project runs smoothly and complete on time.

Management

1. Handle projects from the day the contract is signed till project completion and defects rectification
2. To ensure we receive progress payment, deposit refund, final payment

d)    Adhere to project completion deadline, quality requirements and budget.  To establish a good cost control system and monitor from time to time

e)     Establish construction plan, manpower assignment, material selection, work commencement , progress schedule and documentation to ensure projects can be completed on time

f)     Delegate project team members and give guidance to them to ensure close cooperation among members

Administrative

g)    To have a proper documentation and filing for each project

h)     To submit weekly report based on company reporting format and give real time reporting be it verbally or through email from time to time

    Any  other tasks and duties that are being assigned by superior
