Main Responsibilities:

GL related

· Upload Cash application to E-banking and reconcile Bank balance monthly.

· Do Monthly regular accrual and other regular booking

· Review employee reimbursement application to make sure they are complying with internal policy and local regulation

· Support to the monthly financial closing processes to ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial results by local statutory and IFRS reporting requirements to the company owners (including all reports to CSSC and HQ), the required regulatory agencies and tax authorities

· Support on annual budgets as well as periodic forecasts and tracking of actual results them all.

· Interface with joint venture partners and local authorities including tax, audit, customs, foreign currency administration, and other related government bureaus to ensure compliance with government regulations, and submit report to them if necessary

· Coordinate with external and internal auditors and support to action plan execution

Tax related

· Liaise with 3rd party vendor on the VAT invoice issue. Reconciliation between UFIDA and Golden tax system

· Follow with sales team for the special requirement of Invoices, issue invoice etc.

· Act as the primary contact, facilitate on-site tax audits and maintain good relationship with local tax authorities;

· Focal contact with tax consulting firm to support on tax related work

· Submit reports which required by tax bureau through E-Tax system and prepare documents if needed.

· Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Qualifications:

· University degree Major in accounting/finance or business administration is preferred.

· Above 2 years accounting experience, bonded zone experience preferred

· Language: Good in English reading, listening, writing

· Familiar with windows office, ERP Skill preferred.

· Familiar with relevant PRC accounting, abide by professional ethics, can do attitude.

· Good learning ability and can handle work independently
