Duties岗位职责:

Responsible for Cleanroom operation & maintenance, Facilities systems& equipments and Utilities systems & supplies’ (including chilled water system, HVAC, PCW, CDA, UPW, waste water disposal etc. ) daily maintaining ,and office & warehouse daily maintaining.  Establishes and maintains standard operation procedures including QS documents, Facility field service/maintenance reports, perform calibration and its records. Upgrading Engineering,  and evaluates new and existing facility operations to stay current on latest facilities technology and protocols.  Also responsible for overseeing upgrades, documenting processes, and project managing of facility system modifications. Responsible for maintaining NFPA, OSHA, safety and maintenance procedures and records. May require a license or certification to work in some skill areas.

负责净化室的运行和维护，设施系统和设备以及公用设施系统及相应供给（包括冷冻水系统、HVAC、PCW、CDA、UPW、废水处理等）的日常维护，以及办公室和仓库的日常维护。建立和维护标准操作程序，包括质量系统文件，动力设施现场服务/维护报告，执行校准及其记录。升级工程，评估新的和现有的设施运营，以保持最新的设施技术和协议。同时还负责监督升级，记录过程，以及设施系统改造的项目管理。负责维护NFPA，OSHA，安全和维护程序和记录。在专业岗位的工作需要相应职业证书。

Knowledge / Experience知识/经验：

1.Minimum of three years working experience in facility or industrial plant site environment至少三年及以上动力设施或工厂现场工作经验

2.Working knowledge of OSHA, environmental and safety guidelines of plant site operations了解OSHA、工厂现场操作的环境和安全指南

3.Strong working knowledge of fire protection systems and NFPA codes / standards具备消防系统和NFPA规范/标准的专业知识。

4.Strong working knowledge of security protection and monitoring systems具备对安全保护和监控系统有的专业知识。 

 5.Working knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing industrial waste water discharge了解当地、省市及国家有关工业废水排放的法律

6.Working knowledge of cleanroom operation.具备净化室操作的专业知识。

7.Working knowledge of ultrapure DI water systems具备超纯水去离子水系统的专业知识。

8.Working knowledge of bulk chemical delivery and gas systems具备散装化学品输送和气体系统的工作知识

9.Strong working knowledge in engineering and design of HVAC and distribution piping of the plant and in direct support of clean room manufacturing areas在工厂暖通空调和配水管道的工程和设计方面具有丰富的工作经验，并直接参与净化室生产区域的动力设施支持工作。

10.Working knowledge of various test equipment used for troubleshooting具备排除所用各种测试设备故障的专业知识

11.Sufficient in engineering science statistics 具备充足的工程科学统计知

12.Strong working knowledge of electronics with heavy experience in troubleshooting high and low voltage circuitry and ability to read electronic/wiring schematics and diagrams具有丰富的电子相关专业知识，在高低压电路故障排除方面具有丰富经验，能够阅读电子/线路原理图和图表

13.Strong working knowledge of national electrical codes具有丰富的国家电气规范专业知识

14.Technical degree in related field.  Equivalent experience may substitute.相关领域的技术学位或同等的经验。

15.Strong working knowledge of material handling and chemicals load and unload in plate environment.对工厂环境下的物料搬运和化学品装卸有丰富的专业知识。

This function will be required to perform within TPI’s designated standards for the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Information Security Management System.  Corporate and/or Sites will define requirements per applicable standard.这项职能需要在TPI的质量管理体系、环境管理体系和信息安全管理体系的指定标准范围内执行。公司和/或现场将根据适用标准确定要求。

倒班安排（5种班次）：

1.常日班8:00 AM-5:00PM

2.早班：7:00 AM-4:00 PM

3.中班: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

4.周末值班7:00 AM-7:00 PM

5.夜班7:00 PM-7:00 AM (每个夜班有额外夜班津贴110元/晚)
