1、负责产品（安全气囊，发生器，方向盘，安全带，电子）的验证工作，制定DV,PV及量产后和工程相关的QTP (Qualified Test Plan )

Responsibilities description: Responsibility for the validation of our products (airbag, inflator, steering wheel，safety belt, electronic products)，make the QTP for DV,PV and engineering related process after sop ;

2、收集和分析项目相关的实验技术标准及过往经验. 包括材料标准, 客户标准/要求, 法律法规, JSS内部标准等。

Collect and analyze technology standards and lesson& learn. Includes material standards, customer standards/requirements, legal and regulations and JSS internal standards, etc.

3、从相关部门处收集与本项目相关的过往实验信息. 如项目的实验大纲, 实验报告等.

From the relevant departments to collect the past experiments information of the project. Such as the experiment outline of the project, test report, etc.

4、从相关部门处收集其他信息. 例如: 从项目管控部收集生产场地, 供应链情况等信息,从设计部收集DFMEA, DRBFM, 从工艺部收集PFMEA等等.

Collect additional information from the relevant departments. For example: from the project manager department to collect production sites and the supply chain information, from the design department to collect DFMEA, DRBFM result, from the process department to collection of PFMEA information, and so on.

5、比较客户/JSS内部的实验标准, 比较设计/过程上的变化点,结合上述收集到的输入信息,制定合理的QTP(Qualification test plan).

Compare the customer standards and customer standard, design/process change point. Combined with the collected input information to make reasonable QTP.

6、验证试验的控制及结果呈现 ，对验证结果作出判断

Responsibilities description: Validation test control and result presentation, make judgment for the test result

7、根据被批准的QTP,向相关实验室发行实验依赖

According to the approved QTP, release the test request to relevant laboratory

8、确保验证过程中使用正确的实验样品，实验方法和实验治具，定义新的验证方法保证验证过程的质量。

Make sure use the right test method, test sample and test fixture for validation , define new test methods for improvement of the validation quality.

9、收集实验室报告LTR ( Laboratory Test Report ), 实验后样品实物, 实验原始记录(照片, 录像等), 确认实验结果.

Collect lab Report LTR (Laboratory Test Report), the samples after experiment, the experiment records (photos, videos, etc.) to review the results of experiment.

10、根据验证工作手册的要求, 完成验证报告。

According to the requirements of validation manual to complete the validation report.

11、汇总测试方法、测试矩阵及过往经验

Summarize test methods 、test matrix and lesson-learn

12、向客户介绍新的测试技术/在测试

Introduce the new test technology to customer

13、审核并批准设计部提供的PAC, 确认抽样频率, 实验方法, 实验条件, 判定标准完整准确, 无错误, 无遗漏等.

Review and approval of PAC provided by the design department, confirming sample frequency, experiment method, experimental conditions, the standard is complete and accurate, no mistakes, no omission, etc.

任职资格：

1、大学本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

2、车辆工程/机械工程/材料工程/电气工程等

Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Material Engineering / Electric

Engineering etc.

3、有验证工程师经验者优先

3 years or above experience in passive safety components development, quality and testing of auto industry, With validation experience is preferred

4、熟悉汽车被动安全产品的各种客户标准/法规要求者优先考虑.

Well knowledge with standards/regulations of automotive passive product.

5、了解被动安全产品的开发流程的优先考虑. Knowledge of development process of passive product

熟悉AB or SB or SW or INF 产品知识的优先考虑.Well knowledge in AB or SB or SW or INF product
