1、 与模具制造者（内部和外部）一起，对为美国和中国的制造的模具报价

Work with tool makers to quote tools to be made for running both in the US and in China；

2、 根据模流分析，在48小时内提供预估模具报价，并在96小时内制定初始零件报价

Provide rough estimate tool quotes within 48 hours of reviewing a part and develop initial part quotes within 96 hours according to mold flow analysis

3、 完成新模具DFM和模具设计等技术资料的审核及批准

Review and approve DFM and tooling design for new tools

4、 确保新开模具符合公司模具标准

Ensure tools are being built according to internal standards defined in tooling handbook

5、 优化及改善公司模具开发和制造相关流程

Optimize and improve the mold development and manufacturing process

6、 根据产品图档，制作DFM报告，进行模具设计，绘制模具2D、3D，并安排加工

According to the product drawing, make DFM report, mold design, draw the 2D and 3D

7、 管理模具开发并控制不超预算

Manage tool builds and control the cost within budget

8、 与美国工程部进行对产品和模具结构等一些技术上的沟通

Technical communication between the US and Shanghai on product and tool design

9、 协助生产模具的维修、保养和改善

Support production tools repair, maintenance and optimization

10、 协助管理模具部做好包括工作安排，质量体系， KPI考核，员工培训，技能评定，安全,5S等工作Support tooling manager to manage tooling routine work with regard to quality, safety, 5s, training and other KPIs

11、 协助完成模具部门零件外发供应商的技术能力审核和审批

Take part in technical review and approval of mold suppliers

12、 协助生产等有关部门解决生产的产品质量及QR和DMR等问题

Assist production and other departments to solve product quality issues

13、 对新开模具及ECN进行技术和风险评估和控制，及对成本进行评估和控制；

Technical and risk assessment and control of new molds and ECNs, and evaluation and control of costs. Assessment and control technology and risk and cost on new molds and ECNs. .

14、完成上级领导下达的其他任务

Complete other tasks assigned by the superiors.

任职要求：

1、 教育水平: 模具/机械/塑料类本科或同等学历

Education level: Bachelor Degree in mold, mechanics, Plastics or equivalent；

2、 年龄要求： ***，30―45岁；

Age requirements: 30—45 years old.

3、 工作经验：具有8年以上模具设计和制造经验；

Work experience: Minimally 8 years of experience in tooling design and manufacturing

3、技能与能力：

· 娴熟的中英文书面和口语沟通技巧

Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Chinese and English

· 能够用UG或者Solidworks 设计注塑模具， 并绘制2D和3D图

Ability of design injection mold by UG or Solidworks，and draw the 2D and 3D

· 熟练使用Solidworks或相关软件

Good command of Solidworks or equivalent software

· 了解塑料材料和塑料产品的结构及制造工艺性

Knowledge of plastic materials and design for manufacturing in terms of geometry and cosmetic quality

· 良好的项目管理能力

Good project management skills

· 良好的成本分析能力

Good cost analysis capability

· 具有一定的注塑成型和经验优先

Injection process knowledge and experience are preferred

· 必要时能够国外或国内出差

Oversea and domestic travels when needed
