Job Description

1. Product owner of RMI-EBR and responsible for customer requirement Server (CRS), and developing RMI-EBR as a product for AA-AS China;

2. Lead to design UX of RMI-EBR for appealing application and drive userbility study;

3. Conduct IG-QG process;

4. Fulfill the needs of EV OEMs, 4S shops, WSMS supplier, Independant workshops, vocational schools and other potential partner/customers;

5. Define business modeling of RMI-EBR as Saas;

6. Drive penetration by acqusition & partnership with key partners in Bosch and industry of RMI-EBR market segment;

7. Monetization in RMI-EBR target market segment.

8. Formulate cross functional project team, build up the compentence and knowhow for RMI-EBR.

1. 作为RMI-EBR的产品负责人，负责客户需求管理（CRS），并将RMI-EBR开发为面向AA-AS中国的产品；

2. 领导RMI-EBR的UX设计，使其成为极具吸引力的软件并且进一步驱动软件可用性的研究

3. 负责引导实施项目管理流程;

4. 满足维修站供应商，独立维修站，职业学校和其他潜在合作伙伴/客户的需求;

5. 根据Saas定义RMI-EBR的商业模式;

6. 通过收购以及与博世和RMI-EBR细分市场的主要合作伙伴的合作，推动产品的渗透;

7. 推动RMI-EBR在目标细分市场中的盈利;

8. 组建跨职能的项目团队，增强RMI-EBR相关的知识和能力

Qualifications

Working Experience

1. Experience in IT industry as a product owner and Saas business modelling

2. Excellent in UX design;

3. Proven track record of Saas business modeling and minimum 10 plus years of relevant experience;

Knowledge & Skills 1Strong ability in market research, analysis and forecast, good management ability;

2Strong communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations;

3Strong interpersonal, team building, and negotiation skills, ability to work with colleagues 4and customers at all levels of the organizations.

5Understand the Saas regulations, market trend, digitization in automotive industry and transfer to AA-AS CN organization.

6Fluent English both spoken and written
