1、按照采购流程下达订单，并及时催缴物料；

2、管控所采购物料的数量、成本、品质、交期； 

3、开发供应商、比价、供应商资质审核、确保价格的合理性；

4、做好供应商的资料收集、整理与存档工作，发票处理及付款申请；

5、与生产、品质、技术、仓库部门协调交期，质量等问题； 

6、了解供应商产品完成情况，及时将情况反映给上级； 

7、协调公司与海关、快递公司、物流运输以及其他机构之间的关系；

8、及时、充分的保持与其它相关部门的沟通；

9、完成上级领导交办的其他工作； 

任职资格： 

1、25至33岁，大专或本科以上相关学历

2、了解进出口业务流程，熟悉业务环节；英语4级，熟练运用各种办公软件；

3、具备良好的沟通、协调执行能力，工作踏实认真，责任心强。
