What it’s about Reporting to the Head of Business Development, China, the Business Development Manager for Higher Education & Corporate Sector will be responsible for executing the promotion of our qualifications and tests in higher education sector, as well as in adult and corporate sector, driving the revenue growth and increasing market share of our tests and qualifications in South and East China provinces.

What you'll be doing Your key responsibilities are:

Take responsibility to meet the overall targets set for the Higher Education & Corporate sector in South and East China areas Produce, implement and evaluate the strategic business plans to promote our tests and qualifications in Higher Education institutions & Adult training sector in conjunction with the Head of Business Development, China Identify and effectively pursue new business opportunities to grow the market in North and West China Strengthen brand awareness & recognition with local government, Higher Education institutions and employers Work with key accounts and agents to develop the market in HE & Corporate sector and contribute to the overall growth of our business in China. Organise and deliver promotional presentations & trainings, attend conferences, events and seminars. Collaborate with Area managers as well as test centres to maintain and develop the network as appropriate to the market demand Produce relevant reports to provide visibility and transparency of business development activities and to inform decision making, including report on market intelligence, challenges and risks.

What we're looking for:

You will be a collaborative, responsible and innovative person

You will have graduate level of education You will have minimum 3 years of experience working with Higher Educational or Adult/Corporate training Corporate or government sector

You will have proven experience of driving growth and closing high value deals in China

You will have excellent communications skills in both English and Mandarin (at least C1 in both) Knowledge of language assessment would be an advantage

工作职责

您将负责剑桥英语所有高等教育及成人英语测评产品在华北和华西各个地区的开发和推广，全面负责华南和华东地区面向高等教育院校及成人市场的开拓和既定目标的实现，与中国区业务发展主管一起制订适合的业务发展战略计划及发展方案并付诸实施，随时评估修正，发掘新的商业机遇并有效的跟进并转化，加强品牌建设，增加相关测评产品在企事业单位、用人机构及高教机构的认可采购和使用，与重要合作伙伴、代理机构建立密切联系， 开发高等教育及成人的测评市场，为地区的整体增长作出贡献，组织并举办宣传推广和培训活动，参加各类会议、活动及研讨会，与各个大区经理密切配合，与国内考点密切合作，根据市场需求发展考点网络，透明有效的向上级主管总结汇报包括业务发展计划的执行，业务活动及发展进度，以及相关业务领域的市场情报、风险和挑战，以便上级主管及时把握动态，有效调整战略

职位要求

认真负责、创新开拓并具有协助精神

具备大学本科（或以上）学历

具备3年以上的高校、成人教育或政府部门业务拓展的经验 具备在国内成功发展业务，达成合作的经历和案例

出色的中英文交流能力（均达C1级及以上）

具备语言测评领域的相关知识更佳。
