1、配合上级进行代理的开发、联络、询价、管控等工作；

2、根据项目要求，制作项目培训资料，并进行项目执行要求培训与传达，数据收集，整理的工作；

3、根据项目要求，进行项目资源的开发，合理使用招募渠道与资源，招募被访者并进行电话甄别，对甄别信息进行记录和整理；

4、按照上级指派的工作任务，对代理/供应商/项目执行现场进行有效的管控，以及协调执行人员与现场客户的对接；

5、能使用有效的手段，对现场执行人员的规范性和严谨性进行监督；

6、在项目执行管理中，配合上级做好执行资源、人员、物料的管理与协调；

7、对线下执行回收的数据，进行审核与清理，剔除废卷，确保提交的数据质量；

8、其他上级交代的事务，并遵守公司的规章制度；

任职资格：

1、 23-35岁，性别不限，五官端正，身高160cm以上；

2、全日制本科或大专毕业；

3、在相关行业有1-3年工作经验者，或有兴趣在市场调研行业发展的应届生，手头有自己的代理资源者优先；

4、能独立完成执行代理的开发、审核、联络、沟通等工作，责任心强，细心谨慎，性格开朗；

5、反应灵活，有良好的沟通、表达能力与人际关系协调能力；

6、良好的抗压能力、持续学习的能力，自律，能接受阶段性加班；

7、熟练使用office办公软件，WORD/EXCEL/PPT；

8、在本地有固定住所；
