Position: PYP Coordinator of the Kindergarten BU

Report to General Principal of Kindergarten

    

    

职位描述Duties and Responsibilities：

1. 协助总园长完成IB PYP项目在各幼儿园的实施与认证；

        

Assist General Principal to complete the application and implementation of the certification for IB project in all kindergartens;

1. 协助总园长们完成针对PYP 及二期课改内容进行融合课程的课程实施及整理工作；

        

Assist the General principal to complete the implementation and arrangement of the integrated curriculum for PYP and the second phase of curriculum reform;

1. 协助总园长对各幼儿园的管理；作为事业部重要对接人参与各园区园长对外籍教师的管理工作，沟通、协调事业部与园方之间的工作；

        

Assist the general principal in the management of kindergartens; to articipate in the management of foreign teachers as an important counterpart of the division, and to communicate and coordinate the work between the division and the kindergarten;

1. 指导各幼儿园PYP协调员、教师制定PYP课程单元探究计划及教案。与各研组共同进行PYP课程备课，解决教师在实际教学中所产生的困惑；

        

Guide the kindergarten PYP coordinators and teachers to develop PYP curriculum unit exploration plan and teaching plan. Prepare PYP lessons together with teaching and research groups, to solve teachers' confusion in practical operation;

1. 定期组织教师进行阶段性的自评与他评，并对形成的经验或共性问题开展主题式分享并开展评析；

        

Regularly organize teachers to carry out periodic self-evaluation and other evaluation, and carry out thematic sharing and evaluation on the formed experience or common problems;

1. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
