岗位职责:

Summary of Responsibilities:
1. Build up strategic insurance partnership for SHU: identify areas where SHU can generate more business by partnering with and further penetrating through insurance companies;
2. Work with cross functional team to design and implement new products/services, including pricing strategies
Qualifications:
? At least 8+ years’ experience insurance company/broker
? Business development experience is desired
? Proven track record in understanding both insurer and end user (private healthcare)
? Medical background is preferred
? Bachelor’s (University) Degree;
Skills:
? Strong capabilities in business development function
? Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with high EQ
? High energy level, strong drive and persistence, determination to be successful
? Comfortable working in a fast growing, entrepreneur organization with minimal supervision
? Professional presentation and manner
Knowledge:
? High level of familiarity with insurance industry
? Working knowledge of sales practices for high end services in China
? Good knowledge of affluent Chinese consumers and premium brands
