This position will be part of the Thorlabs R&D center in Shanghai, China, work on the development of ceramic powder material, process and tape casting process of piezoelectric ceramics. Suitable candidates should have experience in ceramic powder preparation, tape casting of ceramic films, including powder synthesis ， ceramic slurry preparation, film tape casting, etc. Successful candidate will work with senior piezoelectric engineers, keep on touch with the new process and products in piezoelectric industry and develop a successful career with Thorlabs.

压电陶研发是Thorlabs上海研发团队的一员，本职位负责压电陶瓷粉体材料、工艺和流延工艺的开发的相关的工作。理想的候选人应具备陶瓷粉体制备、膜片流延相关的生产工艺经验，比如粉体合成、陶瓷制浆、流延等。该职位将与资深的压电陶瓷研发工程师密切合作，能够持续接触压电行业的新工艺和新产品，促进员工的个人发展。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

职责描述

1. Charge for the ceramic powder development of piezoelectric ceramics including material development, process development and volume preparation.

负责压电陶瓷分体开发相关的工作, 包括材料开发，工艺改进和大料制备。

2. Charge for the tape casting development of piezoelectric ceramics including slurry development and process improvement.

负责压电陶瓷流延工艺相关的工作, 包括浆料开发和工艺改进。

3. Charge for the report and record of the information during the research and development

负责相关研发相关工作的记录和报告

4. Charge for the daily management of the major equipment related to the R&D work

负责研发工作相关的重要设备的日常运行和管理

5. Charge for the safety of R&D area

负责研发区域的安全运行

6. Other work arranged by the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

职位要求

1. A bachelor degree in material, more than five years working experience

材料学或相关领域的本科以上学位，五年以上工作经验

2. Preferred experiences on tape casting process

具有工艺工程师经验者优先

3. Preferred experience on ceramic production.

具有陶瓷生产经验者优先

4. Basic knowledge of piezoelectric ceramic and device

了解压电陶瓷及器件相关的基本知识

5. Practical experience working with the equipment for manufacturing ceramics.

具备相关陶瓷生产设备的实际操作经验

6. Appreciation of the photonics market sector and associated motion control products.

对光电市场行业和相关运动控制产品感兴趣

7. Basic English communication skills, reading and writing.

基本英语交流、读写能力

8. Strong ability of communication，logical thinking and execution
