职位描述

Roles & Responsibility

 - Manage brand image and customer experiance with leading sales members in the showroom
 - Manage sales progress (order, arrange the test drive , negotiate, make sales contract, and delivery) 
 - Establish business plan and implement monthly sales analysis based on the model and the region
  - Evaluate competitive programs and develop a perspective on the potential impact
 - Suggets incentive program and financial policy by annual and monthly basis by region (Shanghai)
 - Improve and manage sales system and other related activities
 - Train new sales member with cooperate with Training team for sales skills and caring the customer

Background - Education / Working Experience

?- Bachelor's degree or above (Information Management, Statistics, Market Development majors are preferred)
?- Total 3+ years of sales manager in 2S or 4S showroom of luxury automotive maker
   -  Total 10+years of experience in automobile sales/management in luxury automotive maker
?- Total 3+years of planning and managing the customer experience or customer caring event 


Professional Skills - Knowledge & Skills & Others (Certification etc.)

?In-depth knowledge in luxury automobile industry and strong understandings of the market trends
'?Excellent supervisory and management skills
?Good understanding of relevant policy & regulation, automotive business operation, and/or luxury industry/customers
?Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills

Language Skills

?Native Chinese and Fluent in English
