工作范围 The scope of work

空调系统的设计、开发和试制支持。The design, development and prototype support of HVAC.

主要工作职责 Major responsibilities

1. 负责根据性能目标，自主进行对空调系统整体和子系统进行选型、设计、开发和验证；

Independently work on the concept, design, development and verification of the HVAC overall and

sub systems, based on performance targets.

2. 负责对空调系统各相关方案的制定和优化；

Responsible for the related proposal making and optimization of the HVAC system.

3. 负责对空调各子系统进行数模设计和发布，以及相关技术要求的定义；

Responsible for the CAD design and release of each sub system of HVAC, as well as the definition of

related technical requirements.

次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities

对标行业上主流车型空调设计应用方案，不断自我优化。

Benchmark the design and application proposal of HVAC in mainstrain vehicles in auto market, keep

improving ourselves.

绩效标准 Performance standards

按照项目时间计划，完成空调系统的设计开发、验证和投产；

Based on the project timing plan, finish the design, development, validation and launch production of the

HVAC.

任职要求 Qualifications

1. 基本要求 Basic Qualification

1.1 教育程度 Education: 本科及以上 Bachelor Degree or above.

1.2 工作经验 Work Experience: 有至少 5 年空调供应商开发工作经验和 10 年以上工龄；At least 5

years HVAC development experience in HVAC suppliers, and 10 years work experience or above.

1.3 英文（书面及口语）English(Written & Oral): 良好的中英文沟通能力；Excellent communication

skills in both Chinese and English.

1.4 计算机能力 Computer Skills: 熟练使用办公软件（Word, Excel, PPT, etc.）及 CATIA。Computer

literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) and CATIA.

2. 其他要求 Other Requirement

热衷于对新技术的不断探索并改善现有设计，喜欢挑战不怕困难；

Be fund of the continuously exploration of new technologies and improve the current design, be fond

of challenges without fear of difficulties.

具有空调系统的设计开发经验，熟悉空调系统的结构、性能以及测试项目；

Good experience of HVAC design and development, familiar with the structure, performance and vali-

dation of HVAC system.

熟悉空调细分行业产业链，了解上下游行业资源；

Familiar with the industry chain of HVAC, know about the resources of upstream and downstream.

可接受经常的国内出差及必要时的海外出差；

Willing to travel in China regularly and possibly overseas.

工作细致认真，责任心强，有耐心，良好的内外部协作能力。

从事汽车技术、汽车零部件技术、计算机技术领域内的技术开发、技术转让、技术咨询、技术服务，汽车零部件、模具、夹具的设计，计算机、软件及辅助设备、汽车零部件、汽车配件、汽车饰品、电子元器件的销售。【依法须经批准的项目，经相关部门批准后方可开展经营活动】
