职位描述
Project Planning & Engineering Stage:
1. Participate to project study reviews organized by project management.
2. Provide inputs or reviews to project study plans, such as Safety, Risk, Schedule, Technologies, Quality, Execution, and etc.
Project Execution & Construction Stage:
In line with the company's code and policies and organized by project management:
1. Overall lead and manage construction site, plan and control each activities, as people, materials & equipment. Insure the respect of safety on site and the respect of the quality construction standard.
2. Lead/coordinate daily project executing activities, such as meeting, routine inspection, Permit to Works.
3. Provide training to site contractors according to the company's standard.
4. Request and Review each work execution plans prepared by external companies.
5. Participate to the PM regular weekly or monthly activities, such as Meetings, Audits or Reviews.
6. Report and take action on any safety issue immediately.
Project Commissioning & Closure
1. Participate to project mechanical acceptance.
2. Support on project test running.
3. Participate to project completion evaluation.
QulificGood engineer in chemical construction fields. Experience of projects.
? Common sense well developed;
? Well organized with a strong idea about intellectual honesty and team spirit. Strong communication ;
? 7 to 10 years field experience in direct construction management on reputable size chemical or process manufacturing projects ;
? Reasonable knowledge on electrical and process automation system;
？ Enterprising & solid management skills on project site (Safety, Quality, Schedule);
？ Fluent English (speaking and writing).
