岗位职责：

工作地点在西安，

- 负责称重配料系统机械设备的设计、选型；

- 负责外协机械设备加工、制作、装配的指导、审核和验收；

- 指导国内外配料系统机械设备的现场安装，并负责机械设备的系统联调试车；

- 参与国内外配料系统售后服务；

职位基本要求：

- 机械相关专业大学本科以上学历，3年以上机械技术岗位的工作经验；

- 有外企工作经验，英语4级以上，听说流利者优先；

- 有机械设计经历，熟练掌握AUTOCAD、SOLIDWORKS等绘图软件及办公软件的应用；

- 了解常用机械、气动元器件原理及选型；有粉体物料、散装物料处理经验者优先；

- 诚实自律、踏实勤奋，具团队合作精神，善与同事、客户沟通，能够出差；

(优先考虑符合下述任一要求者)

- 在国内玻璃或建材设计院专业从事配料系统设计、选型，或其他称重系统厂家有过相关从业经历；

- 熟悉称重传感器的选型、电子料斗秤的设计、制作，或掌握斗式提升机，皮带输送机、螺旋加料机、振动给料机、除尘器、破碎机等设备的结构或选型；

- 熟悉金属材料的特性，熟悉结构件、钣金、焊接等机械加工工艺及技术规范，有外协机械设备质量监控经验；

- 熟悉设备安装、支撑钢结构的设计、制作，有系统设备现场安装调试经验.

Job Description:

Based in Xi'an

- to design the process and calculate/select the equipment for batch plant

- to supervise, inspect and accept subcontractors for fabrication and assembly

- to supervise erection at site and start up the plant

- to involve in after-sales service of batch plant

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor or above in related majorities, min. 3 years working experience in mechanic engineering

- Fluent English speaking and working experience in foreign companies are preferable

- Experience of mechanic engineering, skill at ACAD, SOLIDWORKS and office software

- Knowing the working principle and selection of regular mechanic and pneumatic components

- Honest and self-disciplined, reliable and stable, team working spirit and be able to travel

(be qualified as long as one of following)

- Working experience in design institute of glass or building materials, or in companies of weighing system

- Knowing load cell selection or hopper scale design, or knowing bucket elevator, belt conveyor, screw conveyor, vibratory feeder or dust filter

- Knowing metal materials, fabrication and assembly process, experience of subcontract supervision

- Experience of site erection and startup
