Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：

?Organize relevant technical documents, compile test work instruction and relevant test specifications, and screen out the technical specification applicable to the company's products with product engineers, write and transfer DVP test plans, train testers according to work instructions, and review tests resuluts and reports (Include analyze the reason of failure result)  

  整理相关技术文件，编写实验作业指导书和相关试验规范，并与产品工程师筛选出适用于公司产品相关的技术规范，编写和流转DVP实验计划书，

  编写和流转DVP实验计划书，按作业指导书培训实验员，审核实验结果及报告（分析失效原因）。

? Design tooling that needs to be imporved with the experiment and track the production of tooling or equipment to ensure the progress of the experiment before the start of the experiment.

  在实验开始之前设计好需要配合实验进行改制的工装，同时跟踪工装或设备的制作，以确保实验的顺利进行。

? Prepare operating procedures for laboratory equipment, train personnel to operate the equipment, and regularly assess the personnel’s ability to

  operate the equipment.

  编写实验室设备的操作规程，并培训人员对设备的操作，定期考核人员对设备的操作能力。

? Coordinate with design engineering to ensure timely resolution of product/project issues. 

  配合设计工程师，确保及时解决产品/项目的问题。

? Preform monthly statistics and reports on laboratory consumables. 

  每月进行实验室易耗品的统计及汇报。

? Communicate ideas for improving design or processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.

  以积极和建设性的态度交流有关设计或加工工艺改进的想法，和发展这样的态度给其他成员

Requirements:
任职资格：

? bachelor degree or above

  本科以上学历  

? Engineering with emphasis in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines or equivalent work experience. 

  机械和/或电气专业或同等工作经验  

? Certificate or license for electrician

   电工上岗证  

? 3 or more years of engineering product development and lab testing. Preferred work experience of automotive or electric motor field. 

  3年以上工程产品开发和试验室测试经验。有汽车行业或电机行业工作经历的优先。

? Experience with Labview/or other data acquisition logging and analysis software

  有利用Labview或其他数据采集记录和分析软件的经验。

? Experience with test programming based on Labview platform is plus.

  有利用Labview平台进行试验程序开发的经历优先.

? Previous experience of applicaiton and testing with off road equipment is better.
