职位描述

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager


Reports to: GM


  1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Lead marketing and sales team take all responsibilities of Marketing development, marketing trend and information collecting such as competitors and new product opportunities.

    2. Identify, maintain and developing strong relationships with new potential OEMs/Tier-1.

    3. Maintain and developing strong relationships with running customers.

    4. Manage the quotations process under aspects of pricing, feasibility, margin analyzing.

    5. Receiving and analyzing the annually customer forecast.

    6. Prepare and manage relevant tools which can support and maintain company’s short and long sales forecast and budget.

    7. Monitoring the customer payment terms and support in case mentioned terms are not fully fulfilled.

    8. Representing company at customer meeting, trade exhibitions, events and other demonstrations.

    9. Managing and Leading project management team and optimize the process of project working process base on company actual situation and requirements.

    10. Lead project management to fix all internal communication as well as project time line, coordination, samples, logistics and raw material issues.

    11. Role as a key person who provide relevant answers to all customer businesses and requirements: PPAP, APQP, Testing, PSW and etc.

    12. Cooperation with other departments to fulfill the project milestones.

    13. Other tasks.

  2. Skills requirements

    1. At least 5 years of experience in relevant automotive industry.

    2. High level of understanding of the Chinese automotive industry.

    3. High level relations with the customer relevant key persons and decision makers.

    4. Highly motivated to success and business promote.

    5. Capable for teamwork, professionalism approach and attention to details, excellent communication skills, ability to handle and solve practical problems, ability to develop documentation.

  3. Computer Skills

    1. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ERP system and Microsoft Excel.

    2. Other Microsoft Office software tools (i.e. Internet Explorer, Word and Outlook).

    3. Issues reports and interpret them.

代表公司参加客户会议,贸易展览,活动和其他演示。



管理和领导项目管理团队,根据公司实际情况和要求,优化项目工作流程。



主导项目管理,解决所有内部沟通,项目时间线,协调,样品,物流和原材料问题。



作为主要责任人,为客户的所有业务和需求提供相关的回复:PPAP, APQP,测试,PSW等,与其他部门合作完成项目关键时间节点。



2. 技能要求



至少5年相关汽车行业工作经验。



对中国汽车行业有较深层次的了解。



与客户相关关键人员和决策者有非常紧密的关系。



高度成功激励和业务推进。



具有团队合作精神,敬业精神,注重细节,良好的沟通能力,处理和解决实际问题的能力,文件编制能力。



3. 计算机技能



3.1要成功完成这项工作,必须熟悉ERP系统和Microsoft Excel。



3.2其他Microsoft Office软件工具(如Internet Explorer、Word和Outlook)。
