Responsible for IT application development and maintenance
Manage the whole development cycle, including but not only:
1.Engage business stakeholders and users for user requirement clarification. Provide the best approach and solution after further analysis and deliver business system specification and design technical documentations.
2.Manage vendor team for application development and maintenance with proper SLA, conduct design review and code review, ensure high quality delivery in code level.
3.Support testing phase. Ensure the application functions smoothly roll-out and on schedule.
4.Provide professional technical advises on the applications’ efficiency, stability, flexibility or quality enhancement.
5.Support user training of application system.

任职要求：
1.5-8years on IT industry experiences, and above 3 years insurance industry application development experiences.
2.Above 5 years development experience. Java, Web, Wechat & Mini-program based is the preferred.
3.Vendor management experience is preferred.
4.Hardworking and able to show good performance in high pressure.
5.Positive working attitude on team work and strict individual discipline.
6.Proactive working style.
7.Good interpersonal & communication skill
8.Good writing skills in English
9.Good technical writing skills in system design documentations
10.Good learning capabilities
11.Good application analysis and coding skill

原联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司于2005年8月10日在上海正式成立，公司注册资本5亿元人民币（08年追加到7亿元人民币），由上海联和投资有限公司和美国大都会集团下属公司各持50%股份组建而成。
上海联和投资和美国大都会人寿同时是总部在上海的联泰大都会人寿的股东，这样中美大都会人寿与联泰大都会人寿两家公司正式合并。合并后新公司的名称为“中美联泰大都会人寿保险有限公司”，简称“大都会人寿”。
