What we will expect from you:

You will participate in the effective growth of our corporate finance practice and work closely with our team and existing clients to improve the efficiency of their organization including but not limited to the following tasks:

• Support the team in various financial advisory consulting as defined in the scope of work of the engagement letter for all types of projects (M&A, Private Equity, budgeting, restructuring…).
• Perform professional analytical review of the financial statements and accounts, financial due diligence support.
• Support ERP implementation and internal control enhancement
• Perform other jobs as required by Management.

Required knowledge

• Finance/Business related major, 2-5 years working experience
• Fluent English and Chinese, French would be a plus but is not compulsory.
• Excellent computer skills and experience in implementation of accounting/ERP system
• Hardworking & positive attitude, honest and accountable character, good team spirit
• Willing to learn
• Ability to work on several projects at the same time and to work under pressure
• Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
