Responsibilities:

1.Merchandise planning&Assortment: preseason and in-season management

- Cooperate with the Finance & S&Op Manager to set up and control the Assortment Plan per season (AW & SS) and the seasonal budget according to Budget targets,

- Fix an initial Assortment Plan and update on a monthly basis the based on the revised budget and re-forecast,

- Plan the sequencing of models in store with VM to ensure the coherence of the assortment in store in a timeline basis.

- Control and update on a weekly basis the Open to Buy, and closely work with the Product Managers for the buying authority by period by department.

- Update and follow-up the weekly Open to Buy, or purchasing strategy, to control market share, discount rate, margin rate, and target revised by period and by department.

2. Ensure the Accuracy of the sales performance analyses in-season & after season

- To control all the data given to the Product Managers by your team and ensure that they are accurate and adapted to their needs,

- Support your team and help to provide precise analyses about the performance of each product per collection on a regular basis and according to the requirements of the Product

3.Ensure the target achievement

- Collaborate with the Product Managers in order to achieve the objectives and targets set at the beginning of the season.

4.Lead & Manage the Merchandise & Assortment planning team, so that it can reach high level of performances. Ensure the stability & growth of the team members

Requirements:

- 10+ years planning experience with at least 4 years at Sr. level with major apparel/fashion companies with big brands.

- Familiar with Retail Business Module, prefer for both Retail and Franchise.

- Strong Business sense and figures/analytical skills

- Strong insight from finance point of view and business point of view

- Strong communication skills and well organized

- Relevant China market experience is must.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin(written and spoken).
