Be responsible for tools, fixtures, gauges design and testing

负责工厂模具、工装、夹具的设计与调试

Make the relating technical regulation and criterion. 

制定工作相关的规范和标准

Prepare and update all the drawings, part list and relating document that FDC need for production of related machines.

提供和及时更新设备机械图纸、备件以及相关的文档

Evaluate the supplier's technical ability, explain the technical requirement, audit the supplier's producing process

对供应商进行技术评估，提供技术要求，完成其制程审核

Collaborate with cross function team to set up new machine or fixture, and make sure them come into service.

与项目团队一起完成新设备的安装调试直至设备投入使用

Manufacturing system continiously improvement to improve productivity and reduce manufacture cost;

完成现有设备的改善工作以提高效率和降低费用

Support maintenance team to resolve the technical problems on site; anaylize the breakdown reason and find the root cause, make preventive action to reduce the breakdown time.

支持维修团队解决设备各类故障，并分析原因，制定预防措施以降低停机率

Setting up preventive maintenance plan for all machines and tools of his/hers designated area;

按照设备的使用规范，制定设备机械部分的预防维修保养计划

Organize the technician to take part in internal training.

完成内部技术培训工作

Finish other works assigned by the supervisor/manager.

完成主管给予的其他工作安排

University Degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields preferred.

大学或以上学历，工程或相关专业优先

Laser Welding/ MAG welding process knowledge 激光焊接和气体保护焊接基本工艺知识；

Basic equipment knowledge基本设备知识；

Ergonomic knowledge人机工程知识；
