Job Purpose:

Assist Facility Manager to ensure normal operation of clinics relevant facilities.

协助设施管理部经理工作，确保各医院相关设施的正常运营

Key Accountabilities:

1. Manage facility department relative all issues of clinics and escalate critical issues to Facility Manager as needed. 管理各医院设施相关问题，并将关键问题升级给设施经理。
2. Be responsible for Facility daily routine service for all clinics, including water / electricity / lighting / air-conditioner system / fresh-air and waste water, etc. 对各医院日常的设施服务负责，包括水电、照明、空调、新风和污水处理系统。
3. Collaborate and cooperate with landlords / and property companies to ensure clinics daily operation un-impacted. 同房东、物业管理部门合作与协作，确保医院日常运行不受影响。
4. Tackle the application for obligated approvals of government regulation, including radiology inspection / environmental inspection / fire control / environmental assessment, etc.处理辐射环境、环保、消防等政府部门相关批准的申请。
5. Manage clinics renovation and upgrading requests. 管理各医院的革新和升级需求。
6. Support Facility Manager on company major project, including tendering process / on-site visiting / property company coordination / material inspection / renovation on-site managing / quality assurance / post-issue solving. 在公司一些重大项目上向设施经理提供支持，诸如招标流程、现场探访、物业协调、材料检验、革新现场管理、质量保证和遗留问题的处理。
7. Help clinic managers to handle Facility relative documents system process / approval application / contracts / legal review / invoice payment. 协助医院经理处理设施相关的文件流程、审批流程、合同、法务审阅和款项支付。
8. Consolidate and track repairing issues and publish weekly report to relative stakeholders. 整合和跟踪维修问题，形成周报发送相关人员。
9. Proceed and implement the company Facility relative fixed assets disposal process. 执行公司设施相关的固定资产处置流程。
10. Manage all of Facility relevant suppliers, including selection / evaluation / relationship maintaining, etc.管理设施相关的供应商，包括选择、评估和维护。
11. Other work assigned by manager.经理安排的其他工作。

Qualifications & Experience:

1. ？Bachelor’s degree or above本科以上学历。
2. Minimum 8 years working experiences in facility management.至少8年的设施管理工作经验。
3. Have skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment and discretion to achieve organizational objectives.有能力运用高度的主动性、判断力和灵活性来实现组织目标。
4. Have knowledge in regarding the design, operation, preventative maintenance and trouble-shooting of clinics facilities.具有医疗机构设施的设计，操作，预防性维护和故障排除技术知识。
5. Detailed knowledge of the operation of clinics facilities systems, such as air conditioning, compressed air， waste water，medical gas and electrical power.具有医疗机构设施丰富的运行经验，如空调、压缩空气水、废水处理、医用气体和配电。
