1. Set up and ensure the accuracy of customers and products information in XA;

XA建立客户及产品的相关准确信息；

2. Update customers forecast with input from customers and sales team on weekly basis（Customer Service Rep is responsible for 1st 4-week forecast and sales team provide rest 8-week forecast）;

客户及销售提供的信息，每周更新产品预测（客服负责前4周的订单和预测，销售提供后8周的预测信息）；

3. Review customer order (CO) including product grade, quantity, price, delivery date and payment due. Create CO and master MO in XA;

4. Review CO with production and raw material procurement team to confirm delivery dates.Respond to customers with CO Acknowledgement and coordinate with change for goods deliveries;

5. Coordinate with production，raw materials procurement and sales, engineers for any urgent orders or samples requested by customers.

6. Delivery arrangement, coordination and follow-up for overseas customers and shipping documents preparation (Certificate of Origin). Participatein management of logistic forwarders.

客户货物运输的安排、协调、跟踪，相关船务文件及客户要求的证书（如产地证）的办理。参与国际物流公司的管理。

7. Track on customers’ due payments and push for payment on time. Coordinate with sales and production team for payment and take actions when there is a delinquent situation to ensure customer satisfaction in healthy term.

8. Send report of CO situation (on daily basis), overdue payment (on weekly basis), and purchase/ and sales report (on monthly basis).

订单情况汇总日报、到期货款周报及采购及销售汇总月报。

9. Support quality dept. for customer satisfaction investigation and audit of ISO9001/ ISO14001/ IATF16949 and work related to 5S/ KAIZEN

10. Other tasks assigned by supply chain manager and company.

完成供应链经理和公司指定的其它相关工作。
