Big Data Architect
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Technical scheme selection and new technology research of big data platform.
? Resolving difficult big data technical issues and drive technical prototypes.
? Big data technical reviews such as code and online strategy reviews.
? Performance tuning of big data infrastructures.
? Define the technical development specifications and delivery standard of big data.
? Mentor and provide guidance for big data engineers of vendors.

? 负责大数据平台的技术选型以及新技术研究。
? 解决大数据开发的技术难题并为其他开发人员提供技术原型。
? 负责大数据开发的技术审核，比如代码审核，上线策略审核等。
? 负责大数据平台基础组件的性能调优。
? 制定大数据技术开发规范以及技术交付标准。
? 为供应商的技术工程师提供指导意见。

职位要求：
REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree or above (better in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics).
? Proven experience in bigdata (BW/ETL) architecture
? Deep understanding of big data platform and infrastructure, experience in project which use Hadoop and its ecosystem (HBase, Flink, Storm, Flume, Kafka, ES). Experienced in Hadoop clusters buildup and maintain.
? Very proficient on Python, Java and SQL, hands-on expertise on diagnosing and fixing the performance.
? Experienced in scrum project is a plus.
? Good team spirit and communication ability, proactive, have strong learning skill and willing to accept challenges.

? 本科及以上学历，统计、数学、计算机、通讯等相关专业优先。
? 拥有大数据（DW/ETL）架构经验。
? 对大数据基础架构和平台有深刻理解，对基于Hadoop的大数据体系有深入认识，具备相关产品（Hadoop、Hive、HBase、Flink、Storm、 Flume、Kafka、ES等）项目应用研发经验，有Hadoop集群搭建和管理经验。
? 熟练掌握Python、Java、SQL, 具备问题诊断和性能调优经验。
? 具有敏捷项目开发经验者优先。
? 具备优秀的团队意识和良好的沟通能力，学习能力和主动性强，具有钻研精神，充满激情，乐于接受挑战。
