Main job responsibilities: 

1.    Weekly AP/AR settlement

2.    Reconcile the stock invoice with goods receiving, and make correction if needed

3.    Check the expense /fixed assets invoices and enter all the vouchers correctly

4.    VAT and customs tax booking

5.    Month-end closing support, handling recharge invoices and reconciliation

6.    Ad hoc assigned by direct supervisor

Requirements: 

1.      Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, financial management or related area

2.     Excellent communication in Chinese and English

3.     1-3 years' experience in retail industry AP&AR role
