岗位职责：

Governance and Reporting

- Support the implementation of the FCR governance framework, including strategy, policy and standards in terms of

governance and reporting at country level.

- Support the Head of FCC Oversight and Reporting in completion of secretarial activities of core enterprise-wide FCR

governance committees and functional FCR forums as well as in managing country level escalation to regional FCR

committees (where applicable).

- Support in the Implemention of an effective reporting and oversight capability in Country which enables the FCC function

to report FCC risk to relevant country and regional governance committees.

Risks Analysis, Data and Information

- Support the Head of FCC Oversight and Reporting in identifying and managing new and emerging financial crime risks.

- Facilitate drafting of papers for various risk committees on key financial risk matters.

- In collaboration with other teams within FCC, develop and maintain the risk steward view of the effectiveness of the

financial crime risk framework and ensure that this view is communicated consistently to relevant risk governance

meetings.

- Support the country in management of Risk Appetite metrics and Taxonomy for AML, Sanctions and AB&C.

- Coordinate the Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) for ABC, AML and Sanctions risks.

- Collaborate with Assurance Team on the definition and implementation of appropriate monitoring and testing plans.

- Support in the review of the Country CEO scorecards.

- Oversight of Audit and Operational Risk matters. Work with key stakeholders to ensure that FCR obtains timely and

accurate information from systems that it does not control (eg. Audit and Ops risk).

Policy Management Office

- Manage the implementation and embedding of FCR FIM. Review and drive implementation of core FCC Policies,

including GSM and FIM.

- Manage Governance of Policies including support for country addenda (variances, dispensations and deviations).

Support new requests and annual review of country dispensations.

- Stay at the forefront of key regulatory, industry developments and HSBC Group Policy changes to ensure proactive

communication with business and implement appropriate group policy and framework to manage the changes.

Functional Oversight

- Drive key initiatives across the FCC function in country.

- Support all aspects of HAT approvals, placement/replacement and reviews. This includes all engagement with regional

Oversight and Reporting and FCR COO.

- Manage the FCR Services Catalogue and Service Level Agreement with other FCR Sub-Functions.

- Providing input to Training and Certification curriculums

任职要求：

Compliance professional with experience in a previous compliance, operational risk and/or audit role/s.

- Experience of financial services operations, compliance, audit and/or legal management or equivalent.

- Knowledge of financial services and able to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the challenges facing the

global financial services industry and the changing regulatory landscape surrounding compliance organizations within the

banking industry.

- Experience in operating within a complex global financial services institution and building positive and professional

relationships with regulators.

- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and strategic and/or operational planning skills. Lateral thinker

with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.

- Excellent communicator with strong collaborative, inter-personal and influencing skills.
