Job Description：

1) - Work with sales team to follow the contract review on technical features.

与销售团队并肩工作，并审查销售合同的技术内容。

2) - New application engineers training, and also training courses according to PHTC needs.

参加新应用工程师培训课程，以及其他根据PHTC要求进行的培训；

3) - Update hydraulic and electrical schematics.

设计和更新液压原理图和电气原理图

4) - Based on a specifications sheet supplied by the customer, study and propose the

most efficient technical-economical solutions, known and new solutions or even

innovative solutions, to meet with the customer requirements. Formalize these demands according to the Group Standards.

基于客户的需求参数表，研究并建议高效并经济的技术方案，已有的或新的解决方案甚至创新的解决方案来满足客户需求，并根据集团标准规范化这些需求。

5) - Insure that products or systems he proposes are appropriate.

确保建议合适并适当的产品或系统；

6) - Use the software tools at his disposal to give relevant answers to commercial engineers needs。

使用相应的应用软件工具来对销售工程师的需求做相应的回答。

7) - Secure the confidentiality of the technical and commercial information put at his disposal.

确保技术和商务信息的安全和保密。

8) - strengthen his analyses on results of his own calculation notes (VFG4, Win,…).

加强对所做VFG4，WinGPS计算结果分析和研究。

9) - Guarantee the security of the persons and goods through the applications studied, using the tools put at his disposal inside the Group.

使用集团内部适合的工具，确保人员和物品的安全。

10) - Test, if helpful, the applications in collaboration with the Technical Support Team.

和技术支持团队合作测试验证相应的应用设计。

11) - Formalize the adaptation requests which are essential. (continuous activity)

规范或实施必要的改变请求。（持续跟踪行为）

12) - Support the sales team on punctual actions during customers visits, on exhibitions and coordinate the projects at long term.

在客户拜访，展会以及长期的项目协作等及时支持销售团队。

13) - Serve as expert the Group : participation in B meetings, applications reviews,

share his experience as application referent (help the other Sales Business Units, Quarterly Focus…).

以集团专家名义工作：参加BEA会议，应用审查，做为具体应用专家分享经验（帮助其他销售单元，季度聚焦..）。

14) - Participate in development projects, RPP, ECDC, and can take the responsibility of R2C or DMC.

参与项目开发，RPP，ECDC并且对相关的R2C或DMC项目负责。

15) - Help to get the information back when on field with customers.

当和客户面对面时，协助获取并返回相关信息。

16) - Makes sure that the codification requests are done in a timely fashion (continuous activity)

确保新型号请求及时完成（持续行为）。

17) Perform other tasks as assigned by his manager.

执行其它相关经理分配的工作；

Requirements：

1) Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering or hydraulic(fluid) engineering and the related major;

大学本科，机械工程，液压(流体)工程，机械电子工程或其它相近专业；

2) Three (3) to Five (5) years’ experience in hydraulic application engineering exposure - ideally in the specialty of HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSIONS for Mobile Equipment. With certain electrical knowledge is a plus.

3到5年液压技术应用经验，***是在行走机械液压传动领域，具有一定电气知识优先；

3) Must possess computer proficiency skills with most major commercial spread sheet and word processor software.

具有熟练的计算机操作能力，尤其是电子表格及文档处理软件；

4) Good English skill in written and speaking, good communication skills;

良好的英语听说读写能力；

5) Good teamwork spirits and proactive communication skills with customers and colleagues;

具有团队合作精神和与客户及同事的主动沟通和交流能力。

6) Willing to frequently travel and shoulder field pressure；

能够适应经常出差，并承受现场的压力；
