职责描述：

- Collaborate with local partners to gain regional insights, contribute to create regional benefits to secure market and competition.

- Scouting industry technology that bring cost benefit to SHS products and solutions.

- Drive evaluation/validation and deployment of industry standard technology in SHS products and solutions.

- Drive architectural/technological harmonization/standardization to benefit from innovative components with clear BL business contribution.

- Drive/contribute to cross system projects, including PLC (Product Lifecycle Cost) reduction, platform solution and industry standardization implementation.

- Enable and support implementation of Architecture for platform solution.

- Analyzing of influencing requirements for the Asia-Pacific market segment.

- Multiple project management.

任职要求：

- >=5 years experience in R&D and technology application of medical equipment equivalent industry.  Rich experience in at least one area of HMI, communication, embedded computing, power units, etc.

- 3-5 years of experience on project/program management, close interaction with R&D, supply chain, product managers.  Cross functional communication is a plus and experience in MNC is welcome.

- Very good technical understanding on hardware & software integrated products.

- Familiar with PLM process.

- Experience in architecture and technical road map definition is a plus.

- Demonstrated experience in managing projects with multiple stake holders and matrix architecture.

- Proficient at creating project plan and driving to results.

- Good at technical and non-technical problem solving.

- Strategic thinking and fast learning.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Fluent in oral and written communication with English and Chinese.

学历要求：

Bachelor or above in engineering or relevant industries.
