Responsibilities:

Product and market segmentation clarify, target and potential market analysis, long term strategy preparation; 

Brands marketing positioning analysis and brands strategy development, cooperate with HQ for related brands communication;

WHB Industry development and trend monitoring; New competitive product function creation, cooperate with PM to prepare training file.

Industry tradeshow and seminar attend and related info collection and sharing with PM team;

Potential market penetration plan making and direction proposal.

Accumulate WHB professional knowledge;

Well known WHB or relevant industry/ technology, target market potential customer/ end user requirement communication

Cooperate and coordinate internal/ external customer requirement analysis & activity

 

Cooperate with trade marketing and sales team for new product launch plan, national or local product competitor search/ analysis during product strategy period;

Cooperate with PM/ Trade marketing to prepare right target segmentation focusing MarCom checklist and support all marketing launch action preparation and finish on time.

 

Team build with Trade marketing and sales team.

Annual budget FC and quarterly review for industry, competitors and potential customer requirement research investment analysis

 

Requirements:

At least 5 years experiences of WHB field or home appliance marketing, research, strategy, competitive analysis or related jobs, familiar with market analysis tools and communication
Bachelor degree of thermal engineering, marketing, or related industry Environmental or HVAC industrial is preferred Ability to communicate in English both in written and oral

Intermediate Microsoft office skill

Senior PowerPoint, Excel skill

Good presentation skill
