职位描述

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1、Embody company's values and provide exemplary leadership

2、Client/Customer requirements or objectives gathering, documenting, and project management for ad-hoc analysis and implementation projects

3、Partner with Interaction Analytics Senior Program Manager and Vice President to prioritize objectives and initiate analysis projects in response to business needs outlined either internally, customer or client based.

4、Proactively make recommendations and define strategies that solve critical business problems; through both established industry best practices and creative innovations.

5、Work closely with assigned Interaction Analytics Analyst(s) to ensure the on-time, accurate, quality analysis and reports/visualizations maintain tight alignment with specified project objectives.

6、Conduct business reviews with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. Frequency may vary based on specific business needs.

7、Align internal teams to help customers and clients achieve objectives.

8、Contribute to the packaging, delivery, and presentation of key findings and analysis/reporting output from the Interaction Analytics team.

9、Collaborate & communicate effectively with business sponsors, executives and stakeholders.

10、Ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.

11、Ensure account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging or escalating to resources from across the company as needed

12、Contribute to business value knowledge base and accurate support hand-offs.

13、Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is a must.

14、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive on change and possess an inquisitive mind.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1、Bachelor degree or above required

2、Must have Contact Center supervisory or project management experience

3、Excellent business acumen, communication, presentation and negotiation skill

4、Must be proficient in MS Office  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

5、Experience in preparing and presenting written project status reports and executive briefings

6、Fluent in both written and spoken English;

7、Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are required
