Responsibilities：

1. Primary responsibilities for DC/DC IC (Synchronous Buck/Boost Converter)、BATMAN IC & LINEAR CHARGER design.

2. Successful completion and timely execution of all activities related to design and verification.

3. IC bench prove evaluation Skills Must.

4. Perform fusibility study, circuit design, analysis and simulation/verification to meet product specifications and application requirements.

5. Work as project leader to complete the project accurately and timely from product definition throughout mass production.

6. Provide necessary technical support to layout designers.

7. Continuously acquire advanced technical skills and design methodology.

Qualifications：

1. MS or above in Microelectronics-related fields, with at least five years of IC design experience.
2. Full differential analog CMOS design capability.

3. Hands-on leadership skills and track record of technical management to deliver products in time work closely with analog team and marketing in development specs, schedule to meet the commitments for engineering samples etc.

4.Hands-on design experience with power management circuits;

.LDO Regulators

.Band-gap & Current Reference

.OSC&PLL design

5.Hands-on experience with chip-level design;

.Mixed-signal integration

.Mixed-mode simulation

.I/O Drivers (Analog and Digital) &ESD structures.

6.Hands-on I2C/I2S interface related design capability or experience is preferred.

7.Essential Personal Skills

.System and behavioral modeling using Mat-lab, System Verilog etc.

.Good silicon debug skills

.Good understanding of layout

.Solid understanding of reliability concerns.

.Good English read, writing and communication skills.

.Good communication skills to work with various functions within the company.
