岗位职责内容：

1. 负责收发公司信件、快递。做好工作信息的记录、整理、建档；

2. 公司访客的接待工作，来宾的接待引见（中文or英语）；

3. 负责维护公司日常办公秩序和办公环境，配合物业进行安全、消防等检查以及每月物业费水电付款；

4. 协助各部门进行外联事务的处理，机票、出租车及酒店的预订；

5. 配合安排招聘时间预约登记、面试接待等相关工作；

6. 负责员工日常考勤记录和假期记录台帐管理，员工信息录入、更新等；分类管理各类文件资料并做好保密工作；

7. 负责办公用品、行政耗材的采购分发、保管及统计记录工作；

8. 协助进行文件整理、收集、归档；配合部门完成文件的打印、复印、文字工作；

9. 协助办理员工入、离职的信息收集和登记；

10. 协助各部门行政事宜以及固定资产盘点；

11.完成领导交办的其他工作以及突发事件的处理。

任职要求：

• 全日制大专及以上学历，人力资源、行政管理等相关专业优先考虑
• 亲和力强，形象气质佳，着装得体有品位，妆容淡雅
• 注重礼节，有良好的团队协作精神、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动
• 具备一定的英语口头及书面能力，如果会一点法语就完美了
• 普通话标准，口齿清楚，优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力
• 具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力，较强的应变协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题
• 能熟练操作常用办公软件，会photoshop可加分
• 工作热情积极、细致耐心，性格开朗
