Job Description:

  

- Do inspection all the incoming parts from suppliers eg. motor, gearbox, shaft, plates, manufactured parts, measure the dimensions of the manufactured parts in the workshop

  

在车间对于供应商提供的零部件进行进货检验， 比如电机、齿轮箱、轴、板材、机加件等。测量机加工件的尺寸。
- Preforming the external inspection to the suppliers eg. manufactured parts, pressurized vessels.

  

到供应商执行检验， 产品有 机加工件和压力容器等。

  

- Verify the certificates and make inspection record.

  

核实证明文件和做好检验数据记录

  

-Supervision of welding, assist the crating of WPQR and WPS.

  

焊接检验指导， 协助WPQR 和WPS 的制定。
Qualification:

  

- College degree major or higher in mechanical engineering or other related disciplines

  

大专以上学历，机械制造等相关专业

  

- Experienced in the inspection, especially on the welding

  

拥有检验经验， 特别是焊接检验。

  

- Approximately 3 years of work experience

  

3年以上工作经验
- Capable to understand the manufacturing drawing 。

  

熟练掌握机械知识和理解加工图纸
- Capable to work independently

  

能够独立完成工作

  

- Working in factory of producing pressurized vessel for inspection or with VT certificate on welding is preferred

  

在压力容器厂做检验的或拥有焊接的VT证书优先。
