Consultant/Assistant Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Clients develop and maintenance, build good relationship with them;
2. Ensure order amount, order taking, delivery and develop new orders;
3. Candidate searching, interview, assess, recommendation and follow all other process;
4. Make Industry candidate searching report to provide value information to clients;
5. Maintenance and abundant company’s candidate’s database;
6. Lead and train researcher;
7. Other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above, major in EE, ME, Computer or related;
2. Prefer Above 3 years’ candidate searching working experience in the high tech industry, for example semiconductor, electronics, automatic, IT, internet or related;
3. Prefer above 3 years sales experience in the high tech industry;
4. Strong at building relationship with clients;
5. Good communication ability; open mind, passion and warmth, persevere.

RESEARCHER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Order taking with Consultant and study the position, technical, industry information and others;
2. Candidate searching by any channels (CC, website, referral, database and others);
3. Select the qualified candidate to consultant by telephone interview or other ways;
4. Collect industry information and make searching report;
5. Make candidate report;
6. Candidate resumes’ inputting;
7. Keep in touch with candidates for a long time;
8. Other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor with EE, CS, ME and related major prefer;
2. 1 years’ HR or Sales experience and welcome the fresh graduated 2020who will like to be a headhunter in the high-tech industry(Electronic, micro-electronics and telecom);
3. Honest, hardworking, strong study and good communication ability.
