1、Co-design with Styling/Performance/Product team to ensure a robust vehicles design in compliance with Painting RT, as well as Painting shop constraints.

2、Painting feasibility analysis, including PT-ED, PVC and LASD, Top coats application, give optimised proposals when vehicle surface or structure NOK for Painting and anti-corrosion.

3、Sealing feasibility analysis, including BIW + Closures, optimise the structure design with product team to ensure sealing robustness. In addition, sealing condition plan is also should be prepared.

4、Handling compatibility analysis to ensure a smooth vehicle launching. When compatibility NOK, write QCDP report to support project team to make decision or orientation.

5、Jigs reusability analysis to save investment and manufacturing cost. New interface request in case of jigs reusability impossible.

6、Process documents definition and verification, including PM sealing 3D+2D, PM Painting 3D+ 2D, PM anti-gritting and acoustic 3D + 2D, as well as the calculation of ED and Painting surface area, sealing length, anti-gritting and acoustic surface area and mass.

7、KPIs of design to manufacturing set-up and follow-up during project developments, including Process C/O rate and DST calculation.

8、Support the vehicle Industrialization process, quick feedback and effectively solve the quality or process issue onsite. Besides, check the manufacturing conformity with design requirements by view or specific test, collect the MPF and analyse the root cause, propose corrective plan to resolve manufacturing problems.

9、Other temporary work assigned by the leader.

职位要求：

1、3- 5 years SE-painting experience analysis over 3 vehicles model, as well as participated in analysis over one model from concept to prototype manufacturing.

2、Know very well of Painting process, as well plants layout and constraints.

3、Familiar with Painting equipment and Production tooling.

4、Master of Painting quality issues and the scenarios to solve the problem by design or industrialization.
5、General knowledge about vehicle conception and industrialization phase
6、Basic knowledge of BIW structure design, as well stamping/welding/assembly process
7、General knowledge of materials concerning Painting/Sealing/Bonding etc.
8、Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Polymer Engineering or Mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline.
9、Good English listening speaking reading and writing skills, French is a plus.
10、Proficiency in CATIA V5&6, better to know the PLM system using.
11、Office software, including MS Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook/Skype etc.
12、Good ability to communication, collaboration, and team work spirit etc.
