Responsibilities:  

1. Overall supplier quality management with goal of improving supplier ownership of quality, quality performance to targets.

2. Mange supplier 8D report and other quality reports, Push & coach suppliers as needed.

3. Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply.

4. Drive supplier quality continously improvement, based on problem solving, performce management, imprvement projects etc.

5. Strategically lead supplier improvement projects to increase the supplier capability

6. Frequent travelling may be required.

Education & Qualifications:  

1. Bachelor degree with engineering background, major in mechanical or material is preferred.

2. Minimum 5 years quality experience with at least 3 years as a SQE in a manufacturing environment.

3. Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16494.

4. Experience with quality tools, such as PPAP, SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, etc.

5. Good experience on data analysis and problem solving.

6. Good knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.

   7. Fluent English in oral and writing.

2. Strong interpersonal & communication skills, presentation skills and statistical analysis ability.
