1、负责组建阀门维修事业部，组织开展员工队伍培训、考核评价及人才梯队建设工作，满足公司生产运营需要；

2、负责阀门维修事业部门日常管理工作，优化工作流程，领导营造企业文化氛围，完善企业识别系统，塑造和强化公司价值观。；

3、负责阀门维修市场推广、业务拓展工作；

4、负责阀门现场维修指导工作；

5、负责组织、指导部门控制成本，降低物耗指标。

任职资格：

1、教育程度：全日制大学本科及以上学历，理工科专业，中级以上职称；

2、年龄：30-50岁；

3、性别/身体状况：不限/健康；

4、具有5年以上同行技术管理工作经验，熟悉工业类球阀、蝶阀产品结构、性能、机理、使用方法，有扎实的理论基础和技术设计实操工作经验，能独立解决产品技术问题；

5、具有5年以上同行生产、质量、采购系统管理工作经验，熟悉阀门制造业生产工艺、质量体系以及采购流程；

6、具备优秀的组织协调能力，出众的领导管理才能、良好的沟通技巧、很强的团队协作精神，以结果为导向，有管理艺术、能切实有效达成战略目标； 

7、熟悉世界知名球阀、蝶阀品牌行业阀门维修业务发展动态，结合公司产品特色发展业务；

8、具有良好的职业操守、办事严谨，追求成功，精力充沛，可以承受较大工作压力；
