ü  Perform and coordinate the root cause failure analysis using effective quality engineering tools and systems such as 8D (Eight Disciplines) to identify product quality issues and effectively communicate resolution to RA Field .  Sustain and improve customer experience via quality and reliability of products and solutions

ü  Perform engineering evaluation and failure analysis of customer  returns to determine cause of return to improve product quality .

ü  Ensuring the quality of engineering services / solutions provided globally to the customers.

ü  Collect and do statistics data analysis on  warranty cost ,Drive cross functional teams  for warranty cost reduction .

ü  Support global  Stop Production/Hold Shipment orders and follow to complete

ü  Interface with engineering groups ,customers and suppliers on quality related issues

ü  Achieve quality goals and improve quality metrics.

All activities and decision making must meet the quality requirements communicated by the company policies and procedures, customer expectations and requirements, and appropriate governmental agencies, such as ISO regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical

A minimum of five years quality engineering experience  in industrial area , preferred from design engineering .

Strong technical Knowledge and experience  of  automation products, their application, and applicable industrial standards is desirable.

Must be able to use a variety of quality engineering analytical tools such as Lean Six Sigma and
problem solving techniques such as 8 Disciplines (8D) to assure the early identification of root cause and preventive solution of potential problems with current and new products, solutions, applications, and reliability.

Must be able to work within a matrix organization on a global base.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.

         Desired Qualifications          Desired certification in Lean Six sigma  Green belt ,CQE , AQE
