5年以上立柱项目工作经验，能独立出断面和方案

Door Trim & Hard Trim

1.    Minimum of 4 years or 3 programs design and development experience in Hard Trim/Door Trim design engineering 

2.    Knowledge of APQP process

3.    In-depth knowledge in interior Door Trim/ Hard Trim system production process

4.    Extensive experience with interior Door Trim/Hard Trim requirements and specifications, problem solving

5.    Familiar with MS Office applications

6.    Good skills in project management

7.    In-depth knowledge in CATIA, CAD, CAE and testing

8.    Extensive experience in Quality or Reliability such as FMEA, Design Verification and Global 8D

9.    OEM supplier or tooling experience preferred

Other general requirements

1.    Flexible working hours to accommodate meetings with North America, Australia and Europe

2.    Initiative to take responsibility, and able to  lead discussions to solve issues

3.    Good communication skills in Chinese and English (Both Written and Oral)

 

The detailed R&R will be required to include but not limited to:

1.    Delivery of assigned programs from Pre-<PS> to <J1>, and complete milestones deliverable before each gateway

2.    Deliver cost, weight and quality targets for the entire system.

3.    Develop and delivery components and complete PDP timing for assigned programs.

4.    Work with purchasing, finance and cost estimators to delivery program financial targets.

5.    Work with suppliers to ensure on time delivery of designs/parts that meet all targets and provide the best value to Ford.

6.    Support all build events to ensure part quality and delivery as well as address any issues.

7.    Develop and manage Door/hard trim components / system FMA

8.    Ensure design and product meet quality objectives and SDS/Design rules, validate robustness and durability of Trim components design.

9.    Lead the component and system levels package, interface with cockpit &trim and environment commodities to resolve the issue

10. Design and release of Door /Hard trim components, and package mechanisms to structure assemblies, interface with Door /Hard trim components and ensure structure meet all requirement.

11. Support all APQP activities including PPAP.

12. Deliver all the craftsmanship deliverables before each gateway from Pre-<PS> to <J1>
