Role

    

1. As Business Development Manager, incumbent is in charge of managing existing accounts and developing new customers for our Eastern China factories.
2. Preferable for incumbent to have experience in precision molding, spray painting etc or in similar industries, supplying components to sectors such as Automotive, Consumer/ E&E, Medical etc. in China.
3. Incumbent should have good understanding of quality systems and working cultures in such sectors.
4. Incumbent should have bachelor’s degree and at least 7-10 years of BD experience, and project management.
5. Incumbent should also have track record in developing new customers.

                        

Responsibility

1. Reporting to VP of Sales / Snr Mgr for China Eastern Region Sales, incumbent shall lead a team of BD executives to handle sales enquiries, submit quotations, lead pre-sales activities and negotiations with customers.
2. Incumbent shall champion internal discussions with various departments and lead pre-sales technical support with customers in ensuring projects are won on technical competence and best price points.
3. Incumbent shall allocate time to conduct market research, establish new contacts and pursue new customers.
4. Incumbent shall make periodic updates to management and recommend market strategies for target markets in China.
5. Maintain or enhance good relationship with customers.
