Job Description:

1. Master orders and sales status, know products devices and process requirements, and make schedule of weekly\monthly\quarter production plan.

2. Manage demand and supply forecasting with all production units, include outsourcing provider

3. Plans and schedules workflow for purchasing of long lead time materials according to previously established purchasing sequences or procedures. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

4. Determine what materials are needed (ordered) to fulfill forecasts.

5. Keep tracking of materials from pre-planning to shipping and knowing exactly whereabouts of materials.

6. Update and maintain the safety stocks of semi-product or raw materials, and control reasonably the stocks.

7. Check the rolling demand information and stocks every week.

8. Make production schedules according to forecast from marketing and create & release production orders to MFG team.

9. Track working schedules and submit production troubles to follow the planning schedule.

10. Respond and solute rapidly the emergency orders, manage to produce timely and ensure to deliver successfully.

11. For incoming materials, should preferentially cooperate with Quality Dept. to check materials.

12. Correctly accessing the risk to the delivery when production team stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.

13. Drives quality, delivery, compliance, cost reduction, and other key performance indicators.

14. Finish works arranged by Operations Manager and coordinate works internal.

 

Key requirements:

1. College or above degree, and own fluent level of written and better skills of oral communication in English is better.

2. Know and use well word / excel and other office software, and material management system.

3. Five years of related working experience in manufacturing factory.

4. Someone with the experience in warehouse or PMC department is necessary.
