KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform process design, component design, light assembly and troubleshooting with mechanical equipment.

• Comprehensively manage local plant commissioning, troubleshooting and client training
  全面的管理国内当地的设备调试安装，问题处理以及客户培训
• Perform inspection and quality assurance at the partners’ and the vendors’ sites.
  需要去往合作伙伴或者供应商的工厂进行检视以确保产品质量
• Audit product distribution to ensure compliance with operating requirements
  需要审查我们的产品分送网络以确保符合公司的运营标准
• Maintain relationships with external service providers: equipment vendors, engineering providers, contract manufacturers
  维护公司和设备供应商，技术支持方及代工厂的关系
• Collect feedback from project stakeholders
  从项目相关方收集反馈意见
• Provide technical support to local sales teams for product related issues
  为本地销售团队提供产品相关的技术支持
• Support all other aspects of project development when needed

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, with study abroad experience welcomed, but not required
  机械工程或者相关本科学历，有海外经历者优先
• At least one year of professional experience, including in mechanical or process engineering, project management or related fields
  至少一年机械，工艺工程或项目管理相关的经验
• Good knowledge of basic automation principles
  需要掌握良好的自动化知识
• Strong technical skills. Familiarity with basic hand tools, and a willingness to get hands dirty
  需要有很强的技术能力。会操作基本的工具，且愿意亲自动手
• Resourceful, with above-average problem solving and research skills
  需要有随机应变，面对和解决问题以及探索调查的能力
• Ability to travel domestically on short notice
  愿意在短时间通知内出差
• Strong CAD skills, with a requirement in SolidWorks
  需要不错的CAD技能，且必须会操作SolidWorks
• Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize and execute tasks
  能够按照优先级排列及执行手头的工作
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  需要优秀的英语读写和口语能力
