Duties & Responsibilities

? 能独立完成亦能领导不同的art项目、例如KV（包括修图与graphic制作），CI/VI设计、线上线下的digtial assets设计

? 支持创意总监 / project leader 开展创意项目，包括参与或领导brainstorm，相关的提案内容、具体客户项目的delivery与pitch的完成

? 与account团队进行日常对接，进行有效的debreif与日常需求沟通

? Lead 手下的设计师团队合理分配工作量、给予专业上的指导和精神上的inspire

? 跟踪第三方供应商的进度，包括线上线下产品的最终制作

? 以开放学习的心态，学习新设计与创意理念、潮流，并定期分享给团队，为70的创意文化与气氛带来积极的促进作用

任职要求

Qualification and requirements:

? 5-7年在品牌、广告或数字公司art experience，如有2年以上的art directing的经验视为bonus

? 曾lead 创意campaign项目pitch、deliver的art制作（KV, 与其他campaign assets）并参与创意策划

? 曾lead digital产品（微信小程序、网站）页面art的制作并参与视觉内容策划

Skills and quality

? 能够***手hands on地制作并交付art

? 对品牌的视觉表达有强有力的分析与表达能力

? 有成熟可靠leadership，能有效地与团队、上下级进行沟通

? 有良好的时间管理能力，能在快节奏的环境下完成多任务处理，抗压能力良好

? 熟练应用Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver等设计软件，有3D图像处理能力视为bonus
