The Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties :.

    

1.Throughout the course of the projects, the PM will coordinate and orchestrate a multitude of activities required to make the project successful. Be the main contact with customer and their different Contract Manufacturers (CMs).

    

2.Manage, plan and organize project activities.

    

3.Develop status reports, ensuring project teams are meeting customer requirements.

    

4.Follow customer’s requirements, schedule and implement all DOEs (Design of Experiments) with internal team members.

    

5.Guide team members to create the technical reports after DOEs implemented.

    

6.Prioritize and delegate key project tasks to team members.

    

    

Key Qualifications

    

1. 5+ years work experience

    

2. Bachelor degree, Mechanical/Electronic background is preferred

    

3. Excellent English oral and written communication skills including effective presentation

    

4. Great leadership skills and ability to inspire team members.

    

5. Excellent consolidation, communication and organizational skills.

    

6. Able to collaborate with cross-functional team to achieve project goals.

    

7. Rich experience communicating with all levels of management and across business, technology and other supporting organizations.

    

8. Traveling required: 50%
