职位描述
Basic Function:
- Manage & help dealers on service capability improvements.
- Management & guidance of CNH Sub Area Service Managers.
- Ensure all CNH products in good condition in responsible region.
- Ensure all technical issues in responsible region were well reported to product support team.
- Ensure that warranty terms and procedures are respected (dealer level).
Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:
- Implement Service Capability Improvement process, define and review improvement.
- Targets at Dealer facilities.
- Management & guidance of CNH Sub Area Service Managers.
- Informing/updating Service Manager of Dealer progress/status.
- Early Warning Reporting of major and significant failures.
- Technical issue escalation to Product Support Manager & Team.
- Product Improvement Programs implementation & follow up.
- Product registrations assistance for warranty manager.
- Ensure that warranty terms and procedures are respected (dealer level).
- ASIST Enhancement, (Ensuring Product support manager is informed of machine failures).
- Technical publications distribution and review at dealers level.
- Product launch preparation (tools and facilities).
- Direct Customer liaison.
- Facilitating central product support visits in the field.
- Identify the training need of his own team and dealers in his territory.
- Customer satisfication management in responsible region.
Job Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Hydraulic, Electric & mechanical knowledge background.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
- 5 years’ field service experience or above.
Additional job requirements:
- Good character, Team spirit, Proactive, Responsible, Willing to work under pressure.
- Simple English read & Writing ability.
