职位描述
1. 协助研发人员进行POCT荧光免疫产品转产工作；负责制定、审核产品生产作业指导书并进行培训。
2. 对新产品报批生产材料的准备，协调研发报批人员对新产品的报批和生产管理工作。
3. 组织制订、修订生产相关规章制度和作业程序标准，经批准后监督执行。
4. 生产计划协调；生产过程管理、现场管理、生产安全管理。
5. 负责对员工的生产操作进行监督、培训、考评。
6. 负责协调和解决与生产、质量、仓储有关的问题。
岗位要求：
1.2年以上体外诊断试剂生产管理经验，有POCT荧光层析产品生产经验，胶体金生产经验，微流控生产经验优先；
2. 医学、生物学相关专业知识背景；
3. 对诊断试剂质量体系熟悉；
4. 较强的团队管理经验、团队协调经验。
