The goal of the position is to support Preassembly & Packing Workshop's process development.

What you will do:

你将要：

1. Responsible for HSE development related issues in preassembly&Packing workshop: HSE improvement / development etc.

负责装配&包装车间HSE发展相关事宜，主持装配&包装安全规范及改善等

2. Responsible for preassembly&packing quality development ， typical problem summary and continuous improvements implementing by coordination with quality dept, and lead quality improvement project

负责部门内的装配质量发展相关事宜，和质量部门一起参与持续改进及质量改善项目的推进。

3. Responsible for preassembly&packing process development like productivity improvement，material flow, Leadtime reduction, etc 

负责装配&包装车间流程发展比如产能提升改善, 物料流，安装周期缩减等。

4. LEAN implementation in workshop like pull production, 5S and visual management， VSM

负责车间精益及改善项目，管理车间5S，目视化，VSM等。

What should you bring along?

我们期望你：

1. Excellent computer skill

能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作"

2. College degree or above, majoring in Paper, Mechanical Engineering or other associate professionals                        大专或以上学历，造纸、机械类或其他相关专业毕业

3. Five years experience in paper/mechanical factory                                     

在机械装备工厂/造纸厂工作经历5年及以上，有造纸或机械背景

4. Lean production experience will be a plus

拥有精益生产工作经验为佳
