Purpose of position

职位目的

• Introduce new products and investments (machines, equipment etc.).
• 新产品的装配线体及仪器、设备；
• Jointly responsible for handling projects with Mechanical and Electrical engineers.
• 关机械及电气工程师一起讨论新装配线体的工装及设备的方案；
• Jointly responsible for the production processes (CT’s, machine parameters, workplaces, safety regulations etc.).
• 关工程师定义生产流程，机器设定参数、工位安全等。

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

岗位要求

1. Junior college/Associate degree above, major in electrical engineering/mechatronics is preferred.

大专以上，电气工程/机电一体化专业优先；

2. Master crafts man in electrical. (Master Electrician License is preferred).

电气技工经验（有高级电工证书优先考虑）

3. Min. 3 years’ experience in installation and debugging assembly lines.

三年以上装配线体及工装组装、调试经验

4. Expertise and experience in electrical and pneumatics control.

有相关电气、气动控制经验

5. Team work spirit, communication skill with customer

团队合作意识，善于与客户沟通、协调

6. Good English communication skills (spoken and written).

良好的英语口头及书面表达能力

Responsibilities

职位职责

1. Installation and Start-up assembly lines and special tools/equipment.
2. 及调试装配线体及特殊工装、仪器设备

1. Define workplace, test cabinet electrical parts, type selection standard, install and debug line body according to standard.
2. 工位，测试柜电器零件、选型标准，按照标准安装调试线体
4. Support and assist design engineers in the conception of electrical and pneumatics control in assembly lines.
5. 工程师定义装配线体的电、气控制概念

1. Adherence to the project standard, ensure meet the requirements of quality, cost, time schedule for assembly lines.
2. 项目的要求，确保装配线体的质量、成本、时间进度

1. Coordinate external and internal partner.
2. 部、外部合作伙伴协调、沟通

1. Cooperate and work with international colleagues/teams.
2. 外的相关同事和团队合作

1. Support to develop and implement standards and processes.
2. 设立、完善及实施标准及流程

1. To work on any other duties and projects on which the incumbent is assigned by the direct superior.
