BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB / 设立该职务的基本目的

To provide good service to concerned P&C and other entities with all concerned products and service;

To assist Purchasing Manager on the sourcing & strategy & performance management of Asian suppliers;

To assist Purchasing Manager on the price control & to develop and implement detailed cost saving action plan;

To optimize & assure all documentation backup system including all contract, supplier files, tracking report….

To coordinate efficiently with concerned other departments;

To strengthen the communication with central indirect purchasing team;

To be good team player & influence the team with the direction of a professional /effective / efficient Indirect purchasing team

KEY COMPETENCIES FOR THE POSITION 该职务所需的主要资质

• 3 to 5 years of sourcing function in general service areas;
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree;
• Own strong concept & ability of sourcing process, strategy, execution;
• Careful and rigorous, good at communication, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and able to withstand certain work pressure;
• Good coordination and fast learning ability, high potential;
• Fluent English both in verbal & written English

DETAIL RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

• Manage related sourcing categories (General Service) independently & efficiently;
• Create value through strategic sourcing and cost-effective deals that meets stakeholders’ requirements;
• Lead regional contracts development and negotiation, and responsible for related global contracts execution; Manage supplier relationship for short-term & long-term to improve supplier performance;
• Control/optimize the sourcing process for related categories in compliance;
• Strengthen the communication/coordination with related department;
• Assure accuracy of the jobs, like PO creation, contract checking, database creation and maintenance…..
